Individual Therapy
Therapy is a space to be seen, heard, and supported—just as you are. In our sessions, we’ll work together to explore what’s coming up for you, whether that’s anxiety, burnout, identity questions, relationship patterns, or the everyday challenges of being human. I bring a relational, affirming approach to this work, with a deep respect for the many ways people move through the world.
As a neurodiverse therapist, I understand that there isn’t one “right” way to process, communicate, or grow. My practice is grounded in flexibility, curiosity, and honoring your unique way of being.
If you feel we might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out to see if I have availability that matches your scheduling needs.

Psychological Assessment Review
Have you been evaluated in the past and found yourself wondering whether the results still fit? Perhaps your original testing was completed years ago, your circumstances have changed, or the report left you with more questions than answers. An assessment review can help you make sense of where things stand and what, if anything, should come next.
In this service, Dr. Roberts carefully reviews your prior psychological or neuropsychological evaluation records and provides a clear, individualized clinical opinion on whether a re-assessment is warranted. You'll come away with a thoughtful summary of what your existing records do and do not address, whether updated testing would be clinically useful, and concrete recommendations for next steps, whether that means pursuing a new evaluation, seeking a specific type of treatment, or simply gaining a better understanding of results you already have.
Please note that this is a non-forensic, clinical consultation service. It is intended solely to guide your personal care and decision-making. It is not appropriate for legal proceedings, custody matters, disability determinations, or other forensic purposes, and no forensic opinions will be provided.
Assessment Review Fee: $250 per hour, with most reviews totaling approximately $600 (includes record review, a feedback consultation, and a brief written summary of recommendations).
*Because this is a consultation service rather than a diagnostic or treatment service, it is not billable to insurance. I am unable to accept insurance or provide a superbill for assessment reviews, and payment is due in full at the time of service.
